We seem to get the best weather in April/May and September/October otherwise it rains a lot. Tell me when is best for you to get away and I'll see about getting a formal invite.

Hi Melanie, it was great to meet you. Your question during my demo on the meaning of "a bit of a fag" was a lesson to me in correct global english. It has also made family and friends laugh when I recount the blooper! So cheers to you!

Using Sharpie Marker as Blockout on Copper

Lately I have been using my sharpie marker on cooper plates as a blockout and making fast awesome intaglio prints! It is quick and is a great process for those who love to draw and make marks. "The Machine Stops..." portfolio is currently on exhibit at the University of Arizona Museum of Art

Hi All,
"The Machine Stops..." portfolio is currently on exhibit at the University of Arizona Museum of Art. They did an excellent job with the installation and the show is paired with a wonderful exhibit of lithos from their collection entitled,"The Stone Palette: Lithography, the Early Years (1802-1899)". You can find more information about it at

Was in Iowa Recently!

Hello print world,
If you want to see awesome artists and excellent prof's of print go to Iowa! They moved their whole studios after a major flood and are stronger from it! Visit Anita jung's site here on inkteraction and if you are there in the area go see the new studios they have set up! They all rock there and I was humbled and honored to work with everyone at Iowa recently! Thank you Iowa!
My Best,
Yazzie:)

Luna has passed. 11/25/08

Hello Dear friends who know me and my baby chow chow Luna. She has passed away today and it is really sad. I have wished and wished that she would just get better and be with me for another year or so. I still have my other chow chow Sombra. She is doing okay with it all. I have so much sadness inside right now. I am taking comfort in the animal connections folio that I have organized in memory of her. It is coming to a close but assembling it now has been so hard. Please love your animals and… Continue
