Fixed Focus

I finished sorting out the photos sent in for the Fixed Focus exchange and sent out all the portfolios over the last couple of days. Overall it was a nice little side project and the quality of the photos was great. A gallery of all of them is available for viewing on the LPE website:…See More

Projects and Invitations

The fourth annual Littlest Print Exchange currently has 45 confirmed participants. I'm waiting on entry fees from the last few but suspect some of those spots will be open pretty soon. If you think you'd like to make 50 tiny prints and get 50 back in return, then check out the website for the project and send an application email. littlestprintexchange.comI love hand made prints but I also love straight photography so I started…See More

LPE Gallery

The 2011 Littlest Print Exchange went very smoothly this year. A great collection of artists all sent their prints in by the deadline and no last minute dropouts. If you're interested in seeing the work, a gallery of all 50 prints is available for viewing at littlestprintexchange.com. In fact, galleries from 2009 and 2010 are still there too, so take a look around the site.

We're also starting to accept…

Portland Maine

I'm getting ready for a big move to Portland Maine from the Chicago area. Any Portlanders here have advice. We're driving out tomorrow to view apartments.

Hi Chris, Thanks for the 'welcome' to Inkteraction. I've noticed you have a special interest in print exchanges and thought I'd share the link for an Australian-based exchange initiative: www.pnp.org.au. All the best, Clare

Christopher,

I too use the reg pins for screen printing and after checking several new 3-hole punches, I found a vintage one that makes tight little holes for my pins.  Cost about $3.  I have two now.  I carried those pins with me everywhere for a while and every time I came across a vintage punch I checked it out.
